Next year, allowances for imports of non-state-owned crude oil surged over 50% t

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce announced on Wednesday that the allowable import of non-state-owned crude oil by 2018 was 142.42 million tons, an increase of 55% from the actual size of this year. The MOFCOM's website publishes the announcement on the total quantity of non-state-owned crude oil imports allowed for import in 2018, application conditions and application procedures.
