Trump stay in Japan and South Korea for different days on the relationship betwe

On November 10, it was reported that U.S. President Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe have been strengthening their diplomacy on cooperation in promoting an agreement on Asian diplomacy and "honeymoon-like intimacy." In addition, South Korea is also aware of one thing, that is, Trump stay in Japan and South Korea is not the same number of days.

At the U.S.-Japan summit held on November 6, Abe and Trump reached a consensus on jointly promoting the "Free and Open Indian Ocean Pacific Strategy" proposed by Abe in 2016. South Korea's "East Asia Daily" reported that Japan has had too much influence over the Trump administration's East Asia strategy. As for North Korea's nuclear issue, South Korea's diplomatic influence may be weakened.

According to the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Trump stayed in Japan for three days and two nights and also played golf with Abe but spent only two days and one night in South Korea. South Korean media also reported that Trump's actions reflected the differential treatment of Japan and South Korea.

Abe stood in front of the restaurant waiting for Trump's eldest daughter Ivanka (assistant president) for 13 minutes. South Korea's "Central Daily News" on November 7 said that in addition to Trump himself, Abe also personally received Ivanka. The media also ironically said: "We can not laugh at whether it is necessary for him to do that, because those acts will directly evolve into U.S. love of Japan."
